1.Turn off your Acer Aspire 5738Z-422G32MN laptop, disconnect the AC power cord and remove the battery cover and remove the battery.

6.Remove the CPU, the CPU into a new Acer Aspire 5738Z-422G32MN motherboard, re-assemble parts in reverse order.
